Week 4 on Medifast
Aug. 3rd, 2009 05:22 amSo I'm down to 272 this week. Three pounds loss. Woot! That brings my total for the month to 20lbs. This week didn't go as well as I liked. I stayed on plan , no cheating for me, but I did have lots of cravings. It felt sort of miserable foodwise, but I stayed on track. Even so, on Wednesday the scale refused to move (I weight myself daily, shhh!). So I've been 272 for 5 days. Bleh.
Hopefully I won't be stuck at 272 for too long. I really don't want to hit a plateau when I have so much weight to lose. We'll see. The good news is that this week I get to incorporate exercise, which will be walking for me. Yay! I'm looking forward to it.
