So many fun things!
Nov. 8th, 2008 09:34 pmThe end of the semester has come! I sent out my last packet yesterday and I'm done with all the semester work. It was a hard semester and I was on the edge of getting burned out but I've recovered. I also had my week off, which is officially over after today. Though it wasn't exactly a week off. I still had to go to my full-time job and I picked up a few projects in the meantime, which brings me to the other fun thing I'll be doing.
I'm starting a podcast! I'm very excited about it. I even have a co-host. It'll be starting in January, though I'll be recording next week. It'll be fun to see how this turns out. So this past week I've been research and planning. We figured a lot out. The podcast will be low budget since my cohost and I are writers first and potential podcasters um, fifth? Since we have lots of things that come first we won't be spending 800 dollars on equipment, but we are still going to try out best to put out a quality podcast.
As well as a podcast, I've been working on my website and I rewrote a story that I hope to send out in January. I am currently working on a new short story to send out by Nov. 25.
Lastly, but certainly not least, NaNoWriMo!!!!
I'm an unofficial participant. I'll be working on my book for my MFA program and hopefully have a rough draft completed by the end of December. Lots to do, but at least most of it is fun.
